LOST OR DAMAGED MATERIALS

Damaged materials are charged at cost of the restoration plus Baht 50.00 processing fee.
Lost or damaged beyond repair materials are charged at list price plus Baht 150.00 processing fee. If the list price is not available, Baht 350.00 is charged for local materials and Baht 2,750.00 for foreign materials plus Baht 150.00 processing fee.
Lost library materials must be reported immediately. For patrons who are liable to overdue fines, such fine will be calculated from the date due to the date when the materials are reported lost.
Any library material that is overdue more than 60 days will be considered lost.
Fees and other charges for lost or damaged library materials are the responsibility of the person who returns them.
The patron will be required to replace the same title or material that is lost, or to provide a suitable substitute as approved by the librarian-in-charge. This must be done within the period stipulated by the librarian-in-charge.
